中文释义: 资本在经济学上的定义是：生产中必需的、劳动力和土地以外的资产。在金融市场上，资本指主要用于购置资本货物(capital goods)的融资工具，尤其是债务工具和股票。

英文释义: Economists define capital as assets, other than labour and land that are required for production. In financial markets capital refers to the financing instruments used principally to acquire capital goods. In particular it refers to debt instruments and equity.
