中文释义: 平仓是指将交易头寸结清，即以卖出来结清多头头寸，以回补(即买入)来结清空头头寸。在期货或期权市场，平仓亦指在合约到期时交付标的金融工具或实物商品以供交割。

英文释义: The delivery of underlying financial instruments or commodities against a future or option contract. The offsetting of a long or short position in a market by making an offsetting trade in the other direction. A trader would close a short position by buying the same instrument, or close a long position by selling it.
